OUR CURRENT EPISODE - The Walk and Jog Workout 2.0 -This workout episode was designed for walkers who want to upgrade the intensity of their workout and include jogging.  This 28 minute workout is interval training.  Interval training is a great way to burn calories, burn lot's of calories and to keep them burning after you've completed the workout.. 

The workout features seven sets of speed intervals.  Each set consist of  a combination of intense walking and jogging intervals.  As you do this workout you will be moving at three different paces.  The first pace will be your base walking; warm-up, rest and cool-down pace.  The second pace is a brisk challenging walking pace.  The third pace is jogging as fast as you can.  Rest/recovery intervals follow each speed set.
